Verde Bowl opened in 2019 in a converted print shop in Ancoats. The idea was simple — a lunchtime bowl you could feel good about eating, made from things you could actually see growing near Manchester.

Five years later the menu has grown, but the rules are the same. Nothing frozen. Nothing from a bag. If we can name the farm, it goes on the board.
